FOR THE SAUCE:

1 (13.5-ounce) can light coconut milk

1 (13.5-ounce) can full-fat coconut cream

1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste

½ cup vegetable broth

3 tablespoons agave syrup

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

⅛ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1. Place all of the ingredients except for cauliflower florets into a large pot on the stovetop over medium high heat. Whisk until smooth and cook until simmering, about 8 to 10 minutes.

2. Add the cauliflower florets, reduce heat to low, and cook for 3 to 4 more minutes. Serve with basmati rice.
